Privacy Policy

1. Scope and controller

This policy applies to the online tools and resource directory provided by https://tools.11dz.cn/en/ The personal information processor is 济宁云链软件科技有限公司, and the contact email address is tools@11dz.cn。

2. Local processing in the browser

Tools marked as “browser-local processing”, such as text, code, summaries, images, and PDF, perform calculations on the current page. This site does not actively upload files selected by users or content entered into forms. After you close or refresh the page, file data in memory is usually cleared.

3. Local storage

This site may store themes, interface state, learning progress, and drafts explicitly saved by the user locally in the browser. HTML Drafts are written only after the user clicks Save, with a per-item limit of 512 KiB, retained for 7 days; users can delete them in the corresponding tool or through the site’s cleanup entry.

4. Online tools and third-party recipients

Tools marked “requires internet” will show the recipient, transmitted content, and purpose before execution. Public network IP queries may access ipify, DNS queries may access Cloudflare DNS. Third-party resource cards will leave this site and are subject to the destination site’s own privacy rules.

5. Device Permissions

Camera, microphone, screen recording, clipboard, and color picking capabilities are requested only after user-initiated actions. This site will not automatically request these permissions on page load; when the tool is stopped or the page is left, it will attempt to close the corresponding media tracks.

6. Feedback and email notifications

Once the feedback feature is enabled, this site will collect only the feedback type, feedback content, current page type and page identifier, plus any contact information the user voluntarily provides when they submit feedback. Feedback will not be displayed publicly; it is used to locate bugs, improve features, verify issues, and contact the user for follow-up. Feedback will first be saved to the site-bound Cloudflare D1 database, then a notification email containing the feedback content and optional contact information will be sent through Cloudflare Email Service to tools@11dz.cn; failed email delivery will not cause saved feedback to be lost.

The default retention period for feedback records is 180 days. After the period expires, they will be deleted in a subsequent cleanup task; except where otherwise required by laws and regulations, or when necessary for handling security incidents or disputes. Users do not need to provide contact information to submit feedback. Please do not enter passwords, tokens, original identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

7. Turnstile and abuse prevention handling

To prevent automated abuse, the feedback form uses Cloudflare Turnstile security service. Turnstile may process the network, browser, and device signals necessary for risk assessment and is subject to Cloudflare privacy rules. The feedback API will use request-source IP to generate a daily irreversible rate-limit identifier and will not store the original IP in feedback records.

8. Servers and security logs

Servers, CDN, or security services may record the IP address, access time, request path, status code, and browser identifier to ensure operation and investigate attacks. Standard logs are retained by default for no more than 30 days, except where otherwise required by law or where extension is needed due to a security incident.
