The WHATWG and ICU mapping data used for encoding lookup was compiled into local static lookup tables during development, so the page does not retrieve code tables over the network at runtime; the source date, submissions, SHA-256, and conversion notes are provided in the corresponding notice.
PDF.js, smol-toml, and SVGO static files are modified versions repackaged for direct-open scenarios; the change notes and upstream license are distributed together with the files.
