Barcode generation
Generate downloadable SVG or PNG barcodes according to standards such as Code 128, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC, Code 39, ITF-14.
How to use the barcode generator
Barcode content is encoded and rendered only in the current browser, and will not be uploaded.
Select barcode standard
Choose Code 128, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC, Code 39, ITF-14, or MSI, and enter content that conforms to that standard.
Adjust appearance
Set the bar width, height, margin, color, and whether to display readable text, then generate a preview.
Export and scan verification
Download SVG or high-resolution PNG, and use a real scanning device to verify the encoded content and print size.
Limitations and Notes
- Different standards have strict requirements for character sets, length, and check digits; invalid input will be rejected and will not fall back to placeholder stripes.
- A screen preview passing does not mean that any printer, material, scaling ratio, or low-contrast color scheme can be scanned reliably.
- This tool does not assign product codes, and does not verify GS1, retail or logistics business qualifications; official use must comply with the corresponding standards and organizational rules.
FAQ
Do I need to enter the check digit for EAN codes?
Enter the input according to the current standard prompt on the interface; the generator will validate the allowed length and check digit, and will clearly indicate errors.
Which is better for printing, SVG or PNG?
SVG can be scaled losslessly and is usually better for layout; PNG should be exported according to the target physical size and print resolution before testing.
Why can’t my Chinese be generated?
These one-dimensional barcode standards do not directly support arbitrary Unicode text; you can switch to a QR code or first use a business-approved encoding rule.
