- The idiom data comes from a locked-version local MIT dataset; definitions and examples are not guaranteed to cover all entries.
- The zodiac is calculated according to the Lunar New Year boundary; incomplete or out-of-range input prompts manual confirmation.
- Query results are for learning and reference and do not replace dictionaries, publications, or formal folklore sources.

Does the zodiac change at New Year’s Day or Chinese New Year?
