Local office content maker
Create printable resumes, quotations, email signatures, review flashcards, and weekly plans locally in the browser, and import or export data for continued editing.
How to use the local office content maker
Resumes, customer information, signatures, and learning content are kept only in the current page’s memory by default; the tool does not upload or automatically persist them.
Select a creation template
Choose a résumé, quotation, email signature, flashcards, or weekly plan.
Edit and Preview
Fill in structured fields; the page uses safe escaping to update the preview in real time. You can import an existing JSON to continue editing.
Export or print
After checking the personal information, amounts, and layout, copy HTML, export JSON, or use the browser’s print function to produce PDF.
Limitations and Notes
- Browser print appearance is affected by fonts, paper, margins, and printer drivers. Before sending it officially, open the generated PDF and check it page by page.
- Quote and invoice templates are not tax-control invoices, electronic special invoices, or accounting-system vouchers; they do not provide number verification, seals and signatures, or tax filing.
- Email clients may strip some HTML and CSS; after copying, send a test email in the target client to check the styles and links.
FAQ
Will my personal information be stored on the website?
It will not save automatically; if you want to continue next time, export JSON yourself and store it securely.
Can it generate valid tax-control invoices?
No. This only generates standard business document layouts; tax-control invoices must be issued through a compliant invoicing system.
Why does the formatting change after pasting an email signature?
Different email clients support different ranges of HTML/CSS; send a test email and verify it in commonly used clients.
