How to use PDF to merge

The selected PDF are read and reassembled only in the current browser’s memory and are not uploaded to the server.

  1. Add PDF

Select or drag in multiple PDF, then first check the page count, size, and total resource usage for each file.

  2. Adjust merge order

Use the drag handle or keyboard to move the entire file; the output copies all pages from top to bottom according to the list.

  3. Generate and verify

After starting the merge, wait for the page plan to finish; the tool will reopen the result and verify the page count before providing the download.

Limitations and Notes

  • Can process up to 20 files, 64 MiB per file, and 160 MiB and 500 pages in total; the actual available range is also limited by device memory.
  • Encrypted PDF files that require a password to open are not supported, and damaged or structurally abnormal files will not be repaired.
  • Copying pages does not actively rasterize them, but regenerating the document may still affect digital signatures, forms, bookmarks, attachments, layers, or metadata.

FAQ

Will the text become an image after merging?

It does not actively rasterize; the tool copies existing PDF page objects, but you should still verify after downloading whether special structures were fully preserved.

Can I merge only certain pages?

This page merges entire documents. When you need to select, delete, or reorder individual pages, use the PDF page organizer.

Why might a digital signature fail?

Merging creates a new file and changes the original byte range. The original file signature usually no longer covers the new document, so be sure to retain the original.
