PDF Page Organization
Locally reorder, rotate, and delete PDF pages using virtualized thumbnails, duplicate the output according to the page plan, and revalidate the page count, dimensions, rotation, and renderability of representative pages.
How to use PDF to organize pages
PDF, thumbnails, and page plans exist only in the current browser and are not uploaded or saved across pages.
Load and view pages
Select a PDF; the tool generates thumbnails as needed and displays the original page numbers, current order, and rotation angles.
Organize Pages Plan
Drag or use the keyboard to move pages; press 90 to rotate or delete them. You can undo the action or reset the original order if needed.
Export and verify
After generating a new PDF, the tool checks the page count, dimensions, and rotation, then renders representative pages; the content identity and final order still need to be reviewed page by page after download.
Limitations and Notes
- Process at most 500 pages; thumbnails use virtualization and a pixel limit, so large files may require waiting for the currently visible pages to render while scrolling.
- Deletion only affects new output and does not modify the original file; password encryption and already damaged PDF are not supported.
- Reordering and rotating generate a new document, which may invalidate digital signatures and affect advanced structures; structural metrics cannot independently prove that pages of the same size are identical, so the content order must still be checked page by page after downloading.
FAQ
Can pages be recovered after deletion?
The page plan can be undone or reset before exporting; the original file remains unchanged and should continue to be retained after downloading the new file.
Does rotating reduce page clarity?
Page organization modifies rotation properties and copies pages without proactively rasterizing them; however, the display of special PDF still needs to be checked in a reader.
Why aren’t all thumbnails loaded at once?
Creating canvases for 500 pages at once consumes a large amount of memory; the tool renders thumbnails only near the visible area to keep the page usable.
