The tool processes documents page by page and rechecks the format and pixel dimensions. When complete, download them individually or in batches and check their clarity.
Limitations and Notes
- Export up to 30 pages at a time; after rendering, each page will not exceed 25000000 pixels; higher ratios will significantly increase processing time and memory usage.
- Images are pixel snapshots of pages and no longer retain selectable text, links, forms, annotations, layers, or lossless vector scaling.
- Font substitution, alpha blending, and color management may vary by browser and PDF content; important pages should be checked side by side against the original file.
FAQ
How should PNG, JPEG, and WebP be selected?
For text and line art, prioritize PNG; photos can use JPEG or WebP to reduce file size, but lossy formats are affected by the quality setting.
Why can’t all large files be exported at once?
A canvas for each page uses a large amount of memory. Page and pixel limits help reduce the risk of crashes or the system reclaiming the page on mobile devices.
Can text still be searched in the exported images?
No. The output contains pixels only; to retain text, keep the PDF original and use a validated OCR workflow.
