How to generate structured QR codes

QR code content is encoded only in the current browser, using the local library provided with the site. It is not uploaded or sent to an online QR code service.

  1. Select a type

Select URL, Wi-Fi, vCard, email, or plain-text mode, and fill in the corresponding fields.

  2. Generate preview

Check the encoded content and QR code preview, and confirm the size, error correction level, and contrast.

  3. Download and test

Export SVG or PNG, and scan it once with the target device before publishing.

Limitations and Notes

  • A QR code being scannable does not mean that its URL, Wi-Fi or contact information is trustworthy or secure.
  • Long content, low contrast, small dimensions, and complex backgrounds may reduce scanning success rates.
  • The tool does not access URL, validate Wi-Fi configuration, or replace manual review before deployment.

FAQ

Does generating a QR code access the link?

No. URL is only encoded as text; the tool will not open, check, or request that address.

Why can’t my phone scan it?

Increase the size, improve the contrast, preserve the margins, and confirm the content length and camera focus conditions.

Is the SVG file safe?

The export is generated by a local module and constrained by the page; before publishing it to other systems, it should still be reviewed according to the target platform’s policies.
